60-second Reset

A quick reset for when your body is keyed up, your mind is moving fast, or you need to bring yourself back under control before moving forward.

Best used: before walking in the house, after a tense call, before court, before sleep, or anytime you need one minute to reset.

Before You Press Play

1. Sit or stand still for a moment.
Don’t rush into the reset.

2. Put both feet on the floor.
Let your weight settle.

3. Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw if you notice it’s tight.

4. Breathe in through your nose if you can.
Keep it easy, not forced.

5. Let the exhale be longer than the inhale.
The goal is to bring your system down.

6. Press play and follow the count.
You don’t have to clear your mind. Just follow the audio.

After the Reset

Notice what changed, even slightly. Your breathing may be slower. Your shoulders may feel lower. Your thoughts may still be there, but you may feel a little more in control than you did a minute ago.

What this reset helps with

Bring the body down

Helps reduce that keyed-up, on-alert feeling after stress, tension, or overstimulation.

Clear the noise

Gives your mind one simple thing to follow when thoughts are moving too fast.

Move with control

Creates a small pause before reacting, snapping, or carrying stress into the next thing.
