A guided body scan meditation to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body after stress, pressure, or long periods of staying on alert. This exercise is designed to help your system gradually settle instead of staying keyed up.
Best used: when your body feels tense, restless, exhausted, physically tight, unable to relax, or anytime stress feels stuck in your body.
1. Sit or lie down somewhere comfortable.
2. Let your hands rest naturally.
3. Take one slow breath before starting.
4. You do not need to force relaxation. Just notice what is there.
5. Press play and follow the body scan slowly.
Take a second before getting up or moving into the next thing. Notice if any part of your body feels even slightly looser, heavier, calmer, or more settled than before.
