A short transition tool to help you leave the shift where it belongs before walking inside.
Best used: After work, before going into the house, or anytime you need a clean break between the job and home.
1. Park and pause.
Before you get out, give yourself a moment to stop moving.
2. Put both feet on the floor.
Let your weight settle. Feel the seat underneath you.
3. Loosen your grip.
Relax your hands, jaw, and shoulders if you notice tension.
4. Take one slow breath.
Do not force it. Just let the exhale be a little longer.
5. Remind yourself where you are.
The shift is done. You are here now.
6. Press play and follow the reset.
You do not have to fix your whole mood. Just create a little space before you walk inside.
Notice what version of you is walking through the door. You do not have to be perfect — just a little more present.
When your body is home, but your mind is still at work.
