Pre-Shift Meditation

A guided meditation to help you settle your mind, steady your breathing, and step into shift with more control. This is not about forcing calm. It is about getting centered before the pace picks up.

Best used: before shift, before briefing, sitting in the cruiser, in the parking lot, or anytime you want to steady yourself before stepping into work mode.

Before You Press Play

1. Sit somewhere you can be still for a few minutes.

 

2. Put both feet on the floor.

3. Let your shoulders drop naturally.

4. You do not need to clear your mind.

 

5. Press play and let the audio guide the pace.
