After the Reset

Notice if your breathing feels slower or your body feels less tense. Even a small pause between environments can help you show up with more control and intention instead of carrying momentum from one stressful moment into the next.

What This Reset Helps With

Slow the carryover

Helps reduce the tendency to carry stress, tension, or frustration from one environment into another.

Reset your breathing and body

Creates a moment for your system to settle before moving forward.

Enter the next moment with intention

Helps you pause and decide how you want to show up instead of running on autopilot.
