If you prefer writing, print out the worksheet included with each scenario, or grab a journal to write your answers in. You’ll hear prompts to help guide your reflections as you go.
If you process better by speaking, feel free to answer out loud, as if you’re talking with someone you trust. There’s no need to write unless you want to.
If you’re just listening today, that’s okay too. You can follow along in your mind, pause when something resonates, and think through your answers privately.
At any time, you’re encouraged to pause the audio to give yourself space, to reflect, to write, or just to breathe.
